在3月15日的韓國TokenSky區塊鏈大會上，一名為鄭小軍的男子聲稱WBO將發行數字資產運營牌照（針對普通數字資產公司）、數字資產交易牌照（針對數字貨幣交易所等）和ICO許可證（針對只發行ICO的項目、公司等）。

不過此前聯合國官方已經在相關頁面進行提醒：“A profile in this database and on this website does not in and of itself connote any affiliation with the United Nations, unless such affiliation is expressly indicated, i.e., by identifying the type of ECOSOC consultative status held by an NGO.”這也表示雖然WBO可在聯合國相關網站上查詢到，但是和聯合國并無直接聯系。
